Iv been coming here ever since I was little. The staff are so nice and polite, makes great sushi and dumplings and always does me fresh tuna without avocado due to my allergies with avocado. Really recommend

“I recently visited Sushi Chan in Westlakes Shopping Centre and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. When I asked the Asian lady serving me if she could dispose of my tissue paper, she pushed it back towards me and refused to put it in the bin. I found her behavior to be very rude and unprofessional. Although the sushi itself was decent, the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that the management team at Sushi Chan will address this issue and ensure that all staff members are trained to provide better customer service in the future.”

Daughter just bought four sushi…chicken, it was grey and you could see the small blood clots though it, they were taken back and NOTHING…no sorry would you like another, a refund even… A long standing customer who is no longer. Shameful not even a refund offered, just products taken back

Food is great and while maybe a touch expensive, is definitely worth it! A shame though that it’s West Lakes, and reviewers seem not to be able to comprehend anything, whether it be simple maths, the fact that dairy free sauces actually cost money or ten cents of surcharge.

The sushi is fine, but they literally just make up prices. I bought 4 rolls at $3.90 and paid by card which has an advertised surcharge of 1.5%. I was charged $16 which is way more than 1.5%.

Some of the best sushi in Adelaide. The prices are a little expensive compared with other sushi rolls however it is always worth the money. Regularly order Raw Salmon Avocado, Chicken Avocado, never had a bad roll, also the roast duck roll is delicious too. 4.9 out of 5.

One of my favourite sushi shops. The miso soup is decent, and the staff are quick and friendly. Highly recommend the salmon “Eat Healthy” pack, or whatever the goofy name they have fit for it is 😛

I went to Sushi Chan yesterday 26/1/2019 , for a sushi fix. I got a best of Sushi Chan Chicken pack, and a California pack. This place used to be a little luxury every now and then. The prices were a little high but the food was nice. But after the last couple of visits, something has changed and is seriously wrong. The most important part of the sushi to me is the rice, it needs to be like little perfectly cooked little pearls. But the last 2 visits from me the rice has been so over cooked it is like mush in your mouth. Whoever is cooking your rice does not know how to cook rice. There needs to be a manager there that is also a quality controller. If the rice is over cooked , throw it out and cook some more until it is cooked right. Mushy rice is disgusting, and makes me worry about paying your higher prices if i am going to get mushy rice. Please fix this problem.

Unhelpful and charged me an extra $1 per sushi to make a dairy free sushi to accommodate for Son allergy. I’ve never been charged extra to make a fresh sushi. Sad when a businesses run their business like this.
