Absolutely terrible. Did not get the order right once, made it out to my mistake, apparently she checked…Then takes the lettuce from another sandwich and places it on mine as it was running out…giving me attitude at the same time cause there’s a line behind, clearly my mistake too. Goes to pay, had no idea what the dinner deal is which I’m pretty sure has been around for as long as I remember, which I mentioned also from the beginning to which she then tried yet again to blame me for tapping the loyalty QR code before paying for it.

very rude customer service, as a current hospitality worker I am disgusted by the customer service this subway had. My friend and I walked into the store to get food and when I asked to get half & half as me and my friend and I were sharing, she replied with “I’m not doing that. I’m not doing half and half so you can just get the two 6 inches for cheaper” even though It could’ve been cheaper it was my choice to choose a foot long and to get half and half AND the way she said it sounded like she was lecturing me for my choice on what I had wanted

Worst subways making in the night times. Ordered thrice in the night time same girl. Always make worsts subways. I ordered four six-inches subway meal in 19.95 and she took 30.95. Difference is 11 dollars. I told her, I’m taking drink which costs 2 for 6 dollars and i took 4 drinks and she charged me extra $2.50.

I asked for a vegetarian option…2 foot longs…they gave me 2 salad rolls. I said no pineapple and both had pineapple. Not even included was the vegan patties. Just salad.
