Usually the service is good but today at 4:15 pm there were two staff and the younger lady was not trained properly and blaming the customer for her shortcomings. She was very distracted when filling the wrap and at the end when we asked it to be grilled she commented that she needs to know that when she started to fill the wrap. No idea why she needs to know that beforehand when the grilling is done at the end (other staff usually ask at the end). I’m a regular to this Subway and the filling was very low today. She also used garlic aioli sauce instead of southwest inspite of me asking for Southwest. Very bad service.

To the girls working in subway today I commend you on how you delt with that self entitled hipster girl who held up a calculator in your face and was extremely rude and then stole my sub on way out. I would have belted her with her order. Well done girls. By the way myself and the boy had a great lunch thank you.

This used to be a great place to grab lunch or dinner but lately it has gone down hill. I have recently witnessed appalling behaviour from the staff towards customers, including refusing to serve a young lady after she questioned why her half made sub was still sitting on the bench after 20 mins of other people being served before her.
