Ordered through Uber eats at 9:50am. Order arrived at 10:49am. Why? Because they sent one of them in there to deliver instead of giving it to an actual driver. And he was WALKING. Bread arrived stale and falling apart and soggy. Ordered an egg and cheese foot long with 3 pieces of eggs. Not once have I gotten a subway and was happy with it. Disgusting food and service.

Rude, belligerent staff members. Couldn’t get my order right even though I repeated myself three times and then argued with me stating that I was wrong. They spoke in a different language before laughing at me. I asked to speak to the manager and told her what happened she was just as rude as her staff. Also they tried to give me one slice of ham on a six inch sandwich I told the girl that it wasn’t right but they argued with me.

The staff are very rude. I wanted to use my subway dollars and it felt like it was way too hard for them to do and they barely communicate to you, they just roll their eyes at you and talk to each other in their own language.

You need to be clear that when you want your cheese on both sides,they don’t try & charge you a $1.50 extra for cheese. This happened to me. The service person did not advise me that I was receiving extra cheese & it incurred a cost. I refused to pay it as I didn’t ask for extra cheese. They try & put as little salad on it as possible. I always say “heavy on the salad” ,they still don’t understand
