Visited around 7.50pm and ordered a large chicken strip salad, The young lady that served me was very nice and accommodating even when I asked for somewhat ridiculous extra Mayo/olives/pickles . Living with a feeding tube due to organ failure, supportive staff like yours makes my dining/eating experiences more bearable and less stressful so thankyou!. i walked in an got an amazing welcome from a young boy called bailey. he greeted me with such kindness and gave the best service i’ve had in a long time, when i gave my semi complicated order he was very understanding and nice when making it and treated my and the food he was handling with respect as everyone should. this boy deserves a gift or raise as he is probably one of the only reasons i will go back to that store.

EXCELLENT SUBWAY EXPERIENCE! We love coming here to eat but this evening stood out to us in particular! Even though we were coming in close to closing time the young night staff were friendly and welcoming! Our sandwich artist Bailey was uplifting and accommodating to our unusual orders! Ordered with the app, 10 mins later I arrived, no one else in the store, and they had only just started making the 4 subs. They were Slow, they ran out of sweet chilli sauce and the server didn’t even say anything as she handed the bag over to me.

They close their doors when they have a big order!! I have never heard of any business closing their doors because a big pre-order came in. I went in 45mins after advertised opening time as I have done several times before at other Subway’s to get my lunch for later. The doors were locked with 3 people working, one of them just shook their head at me, no explanation, just ‘computer says no’. I pointed at my phone and the opening times at the door, the same girl threw her head back in disgust and came an opened the door to say they’re closed as they have a big order on. I said I’m only after one 6inch sub, surely that’s not going to destroy the production line? She said, sorry, that’s what we’ve been told to do and shut the door. It won’t mean anything to this Franchisee but I’ll be making sure I’m always going to another Franchisee’s store or an alternative business. I’ve been in food and retail my whole life and I have never come across such a poor decision….Imagine Woolworths closing because they had too many online orders come in?! The lack of empathy and service is just expected these days unfortunately.
