Ordered Southern Chicken bites. Saw the girl count out the amount. I asked her if she was counting out the amount she was giving me, she said they are told to. The add shows a container over flowing with these bites. Not only did I get 18 bites but the container they were put in was only half full NOT what was being shown on the screen.

All these people complaining about being asked to serve you outside Because your not wearing a mask need to be greatful the store is keeping you and everyone else safe. Its not discrimination as they are still SERVING YOU! Honestly had the best experience here! So lovely and a nice smile the whole way through.

Discrimination at it’s finest at this store – was asked if I had a mask, said I had an exemption, was asked to wait outside and someone will take my order – hadn’t had a chance to see what I wanted to order. Order taken outside while there was no social distancing from who I believe was the manager. Once I received my order I spoke up and told her that I was not impressed with her treatment of me and how come a young man inside was served without a mask, she pointed out that clearly he had an exemption (as the young man had a disability). So not only did she discriminate against me but also this young man and the fact she didn’t believe I had an exemption. She tried smoothing things over by giving me cookies and free food but damage was already done and I did not accept. Also my 6 inch sub fell apart and was not very well made.

Staff are super friendly and the store is impecable. The girls there are amazing, always smiling and ready to serve you. Food is always fresh and made exactly as requested. Love coming here!

Customer service is revolting here. The girl who made my sandwich was VERY rude. I have a slight speech impediment and she kept sighing and getting annoyed because she couldn’t hear or understand me at times.

For food, this place is great. The food is always fresh, and delicious. It’s in a handy location, if you live in the Fernvale-Lowood area, or are passing through on the BVH, and are looking for something a little more healthy for lunch or dinner. Customer service from the employees is about average, with most employees being friendly and getting your order right. A few are rude, or just aren’t listening. The store is usually always clean, and, on average, you will have a nice experience when coming here for a meal.
