Have you been here & didn’t like it? A change in staff & HUGE change in customer service/attitude. You have to try again! I’ve been here lots lately. Lady with blonde highlights, friendly & makes a great roll. Hats off for the blonde guy greeting me when I’ve walked in. I’ve had hundreds of Subway Rolls, these are up with the best. Thank goodness.

Ordered through the app they forgot the 3 cookies and the wrap we received had 4 large pieces of hard unripe avocado in it drove back to store to get the cookies that weren’t in there and there was little if no care about the avo or cookies. They gave me 3 cookies and said sorry about that. Would’ve been nice to see a couple more triple chocs in there for the hassle.

Put in an online order for collection. Whoever made the subs put the toppings meant for one sub on the other sub and vice versa. This is the second time I have been to this store. I should have learnt from the first time. Terrible service! I will never eat here again.

If I could rate it lower, I would. Was easily the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. On top of them taking over half an hour to make my food, the entire time they were making my food it was met with complaints from the female staff member complaining about her job and how busy it is. Not to mention she was also belittling the poor guy that was working with her in front of a shop full of customers. Absolutely disgusting, I will never be going back to this particular store.
