Have been to this subway probably 6 or 7 times now as I live one minute down the road. Not once have I ever been greeted upon arrival but instead get the “what are you after”. I am always super polite but always feel as though I’m being an inconvenience just for ordering food.

I’ve come here a few times and it’s always been hit and miss but this time is the last time I’m coming here. I was waiting for 15 minutes and ended up leaving because of how ridiculously slow these workers were. There were 2 workers and they served 2 people for a foot long each. It was painful watching them make their sandwiches. I left because it’s called fast food for a reason. They couldn’t make a sandwich with the ingredients right in front of them in 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

I’ve been to a lot of subway coz I love it and this store has the most organized, clean and good customer service. I like how they already portioned some of the meat. The properly and uniformed cut of veggies and clean bottle of sauces. Kudos to this subway branch. Keep up the good work.

My son asked us nicely if he could have subway for lunch…we thought that was a win considering he didn’t ask for unhealthy Macca’s like usual. We walk in and he asks for tomato to be put on his sub along with lettuce and carrot and the woman serving comments “children shouldn’t have tomato”. I’m sorry but is it any of her business what my son was wanting on his subway. What I find ironic is she then proceeds to ask at the register is we wanted to purchase cookies? Seriously? If we ask for specific toppings just put them on. No need for your opinion thanks.

Made an online order that was said to be ready 15 minutes later at 1:30. Got to the store and walked in around 1:35 and waited a 5 minutes to be served just to find out the order hadn’t been started and had to wait another 5-10 for the food to be prepared. No apology was made or nothing. Cookies were also well over cooked
