I came about 12.45 pm today. Usually I order by app and just pick up. I usually paid with my phone as well. But this time i used cash. Its truly disgusting to find out that the girl who served me, she is a trainee. She used the gloves, serving me in the register, touching the money and after that serving the guy after me without changing her gloves! In time of the covid, etc, its very dangerous!

I ordered a foot long at the start, because i picked two different meat, so they said they have to make two short one instead of one foot long, but didn’t notice me about the price changing. So i have to pay 50% more than usual with same amount of ingredient.

Shout out to Nilay!!! Awesome customer service, so friendly, very competent in his position. Shop was busy and he was on his own, but handled it like a champion! Sub and wrap were delicious. Fresh ingredients, a true sandwich artist! Nilay was perfect with his food handling skills, down to changing gloves after serving out the cheese, absolutely NO cross contamination when this guy is on shift. Did not have to repeat any ingredient I asked for, he was attentative, perfect memory. Nilay is an asset to this business!!!

I’m giving this place the best Subway in Australia (that I’ve been to) Award. Great subs that are thoughtfully and generously made and sparkling friendly staff. Well worth a visit. We often ride the bike path to Ringwood lake and this Subway is conveniently located across the road. Nothing nicer than a Subway lunch while watching the ducks on the lake.

Got a wrap and it was the smallest ive ever got. I had all the suggested ingredients plus more. The ingrdients only half fulled the tray and when i asked for more they said extra cost. Very dissapointed in serve size. More meat than salad. And it was only 1 level scoop of meat!
