Gave me brownies when I asked for cookie dough, when I politely asked for it to be changed out or replaced they argued with me. Instead of problem solving they laughed and obviously were talking about me in the back. Poor customer service!

Rocked up just before 9:40pm on Friday night, the lass who served us clearly enjoys her job and ensured we got the ice-creams we would enjoy. The other lass who had been cleaning was equally lovely to the couple who came in just after us. Awesome ice-cream, even better staff!!

Staff are friendly, parking easy and a great kid friendly atmosphere. Kids love the adventurous flavour combos even if I stick to my usual chocolate. Waffle cones, banana splits, ice cream cakes and even delivery available. Im tempted to try delivery just to see the poor driver turn up with ice cream all over his hands & car but they no doubt only deliver by the tub not the cone.

Came here yesterday w hubby, busy and good service. Waffle cones were well-made, delicious and big scoops of icecream. Only recommendation is please have more flavours. Other franchises i been to have a few more like Baseball Nut. Please expand the choices 🙂 Keep it up!
