Ordered a toasted tuna sub on Monday night and this girl, I think her name was Morgan served me? She was super helpful and suggested blue cheese with it and it was scrumptious. could not recommend more. Visited this afternoon and when asked the lady in store to make a veggie delite platter she was quite not happy to make it.Also she put frozen falafels in the subs.She didn’t even bother to heat them up.Not happy with the ways they deal with the customer even when there was no one else in the store.

I attended Cessnock store today and was disgusted. The woman did not change her gloves and in fact ran them along the chopping board, before grabbing my bread and tearing it apart with contaminated gloves. On moving to the next service area the young man was seen to be using the register with gloves on, and proceeded to add the salads to my sandwich and ringing up the order. $7.50 to be thrown straight into the bin.
