Terrible customer service. Guy was not listening when the order was being made. Had to repeat myself 3x. Foods not bad. Poorly put together. The staff members that served me today were lazy. Once I entered the building, I had to wait for a few minutes (no other customers besides myself) (3 staff members on) one came out and asked another to serve. She went back to her co-worker and continued talking to one another. The one that served me (male) continually asked me what I wanted. Had to repeat myself several times. He seemed unfriendly, annoyed even though I had to repeat myself more than twice. No manners of thank you or see you next time. Overall just disappointed with the service.

Easily 5 stars. I walked in and a young very submissive and breedable pretty male served me, he said his name was tarnay. He looked into my eyes and the wind blew my hair to the side as I paused. I felt a strong unknown force pulling us together, as he pulled the cheese apart he slowly stared through my soul, and slapped the meat with his other hand. When I handed him the 20 dollar bill we slowly tugged it back and forth while maintaining pre-marital eye contact for a few seconds. I waited outside for him to finish his shift and when he finally did, we went in the back and, you can finish the story.

Served by the rudest lady who refused to make the order iv been having since I worked at the mareeba subway in 2016. Was so rude to all my requests to the point she ignored me. Safe to say I won’t be going back. Very disappointing that the mareeba subway has fallen so far in customer service.

I usually LOVE this team and the incredible people that work here! Just now I have received the absolute worst customer service I’ve received anywhere in the entire world. The young girl serving me yelled at us to order quickly and asked ‘are you going to order any food or just sit there!?’ As we were waiting for family. The absolute worst service ever, but usually I love it here. And what Subway and the team Neil has is usually an asset to Mareeba.
