Came with my partner and immediately the atmosphere was great, very chill with industrial stylings.

Searched for this place on the Allpress app. This was a really nice cafe for breakfast. The staff were friendly, coffee was smooth as silk, and food was super tasty. (Recommend the B&E burger) thanks team, I’ll come back next time I’m in Hobart

Cocktail wise, I like to give full star ⭐️ – my wife ordered the signature drink Lemon cheese of which base is vodka and is blended by limoncello, egg, butterscotch schnapps and lemon. The presentation is on fire which is really impressive and taste tends to be sweet with a bit sour. Food wise, I didn’t see lamb and beef on the main menu – I have to express my humble disappointment. The mushroom gnocchi and seafood risotto taste all good – not too oily and salty to be honest, but still slightly heavy for us to finish both. The service is very good, all guys are super friendly. A wise choice especially you don’t want to queue along the wharf area.

One of our favourite restaurants in Australia! Incredible food, friendly service & delicious drinks. We love this place! So much so we came back for breaky the next morning. And are coming back, all the way from Canberra, just for this food. You must go.

Beautiful quaint restaurant in the heart of hobart. Food was amazing. Starters and mains were excellent. The servers were attentive and knowledgable. Shout out to the chef who was alone running around creating such beautiful dishes. Fabulous job!

Incredible dinner, chose the ‘feed me’ at $87, great value for 5 substantial courses. Swordfish crudo to start was full of umami, tempura Moreton Bay bug was light and flavourful, pasta with sausage and XO was cooked perfectly and had a rich savouriness, then the lamb rump with persimmon was tender enough to tear apart with a fork.

This was our final stop on our first flight beyond the mainland in a long time. We based the choice on reviews of the area we were in, when we found the place we’d intended to go to was closed for the day. I could not have been more pleased with the result. The service was both friendly and efficient, the food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for us. So glad for this unexpected discovery before we headed back to the airport.

When I walked in, I was, “made a mistake here!” I walked out thinking this is the best food I have in Australia. That’s no joke. Every course carefully and skilfully balanced with flavour. I kind of hope you don’t discover it so I can continue to get a table when I return to Hobart. Josh, Luke and Angelique hands down thank you.

This a beautiful building, which has been decorated well. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the tables are well spread out, so we could have a conversation and not be drowned out by others having theirs.

Dinner was awesome, plenty of choices available and everything was fresh, Probably a 5 star for Dinner but breakfast was very oily egg/bacon roll or a hard tasteless quiche and not many choices, pancakes, bowls of fruit and perhaps a few croissant variations would be great
