The star is always a nice place to go for dinner (chinese) and get lovely music and lovely service. It’s got a beautiful fireplace in the bar area which give great ambience and warmth during winter.

The Star has a small public bar with no craft beer. They have a restaurant that serves Chinese and Thai food. Prices are not cheap, $18.50 vegies with oyster sauce. They had a band on Friday night.

Had Thai beef with Sate sauce wasn’t the best I have had. The other girls had curried prawns or fish and chips they said very nice. Good place to take kiddies as plenty of room in dining area.
