This is a brilliant 5 star review for Big Abel the manager. Super jolly, would give santa a run for his money. Incredibly aware of his customers, I was literally just sitting waiting for my meal to be prepared when he took initiative and asked if I’d like a chilled water. He returned with a lovely cold water on ice with lemon slices.

Ordered ribs and chips, ………do yourself a favour, don’t get the ribs!!!!!, these guys just don’t know how to cook ribs!!, the word smoky is in the name of the business!, far from smoky ribs more like pressure cooked ribs with a sauce painted on them and placed a grill for a few minutes!!, just no idea!!!, chips were the highlight of the meal! New management too, not looking good!!!!!!!!

Just moved out in the area decided to give it a try and was disappointed service wasn’t great didnt even know anyone was there till 10 mins after waiting got chicken tenderloins but ended up being frozen chicken like nuggets 1 of six was an actual tender chips we cooked alright but no seasoning and the wrap was suppose to be a chicken and bacon wrap but ended up being a nugget wrap aswell, Im sorry to say but I wouldn’t recommend

I would give 0 stars but I can’t. Paid $60 for cold food. Turns out the 80 minute wait was because some of the food was ready on the bench but waiting for some of the other food. The burger was on the bench for half hour before I got given my order. I didn’t think it was mine but when I watched it go in the bag and I got given the bag i knew I was in for a treat. The pork ribs were chewy and cold. The boneless chicken wings which looks just like cut up tenders were drenched in spicy sauce when we asked for the normal bbq sauce. I’m not gunna mention the chicken cheesy fries, but I’m sure they were on the bench for half hour also.

Food came out at all separate times including my youngest child’s meal that came 15mins after the others. The kids chicken burger was served on a large size bun with what looked like 3 left over pieces of tiny dry chicken.
