So unprofessional shop says it opens at 11 you ask him he’ll say 11 but whenever I rock up to buy my kids lunch it’s never open he’ll randomly rock up at 12:30 like he hasn’t waisted everyone’s day and either be on his phone or have earphones in makes you feel very snubbed on and the food isn’t good enough to be waiting around for him

Might actually want to update when you guys are closed on DOORDASH. Spent $30 on food and waited 30 minutes + 4 phone calls before contacting them to cancel the order. Clearly closed over the holidays and haven’t bothered updating their services to say otherwise. Now I’m down $30 as the refund takes 5-10 days.

Our whole order was extremely salty and instead of chicken salt like asked, they gave us plain salt. Fish was horribly oily and slimy under the batter. Dippy dog was barely coated in batter. Our gravy was lumpy and disgusting, couldn’t use it at all. Very disappointing as reviews we read were great. Man serving was also very rude on the phone and in person when picking up order. Will not be returning.
