Surprisingly posh restaurant in Penrith above the Log Cabin. Didn’t even know it was there! Food was absolutely delicious. We had the octopus for entree, steak and duck for mains. Good wine selection. Excellent service and tasteful decor.

Dining at the grill. Corey the chef did a fantastic job of making our “chefs table” experience one of the best meals ever. All the staff were great, so friendly. The food was amazing. Highly recommend, will be back to try more of the menu.

We had small birthday dinner at Sinclair’s the food was brilliant along with the service. The wait staff were attentive ensuring we weren’t waiting for drinks or food. We’ll be back again to take advantage of the views as we were there at night

Beautiful decor and outlook. Service was excellent. Food is delicious but very expensive, $200 for the Tomahawk and $10 extra per side. The Tomahawk is 1.5kg but it’s mostly bone so really only enough for 2 people and the sides are small as well. The wine is also quite expensive. Don’t get me wrong everything was delicious, I just think it’s a little pricey for the area.
