Wish I could have read these reviews before buying from here.i went there expecting the quality like other sehaj restaurants which are good. bought 2 boxes of veg and chicken biryani and a piece of chicken Tikka today.. everything was stale and I somehow tasted chicken biryani and half cooked chicken tikka..veg biryani box was opened by my wife and it was stale and foul smell went straight into the bin yuckkk.This is the worst experience I had with any restaurant in Australia. Don’t know how and why this restaurant is allowed to operate here compromising the health of general public

My friend had advised me to go somewhere else but I wanted Indian. Woman at counter gave a lot of gravy/sauce hardly any meat. Told her, and she reluctantly tried to prove it and counted the meat in the container, she attempted to rummage through it saying “see there is meat”, while moving around 3 pieces in the butter chicken, she knew she couldn’t defend the amount of meat she dished out, she added more resentfully and gave attitude through the rest of the transaction. Never going back there again.

Customer service very poor. Rolled her eyes when I asked if there were any Naan. However, not to the other customer who was from the same culture(friendly and chatty to her). I understand that it was late. I asked several times “don’t worry if it’s too much trouble”. I won’t go back.

Worst customer service by the lady serving at Sehaj @Penrith. We ordered food to eat and were told the naan will take 5 mins to make but it took more than 20 mins. I had to keep asking her and she was so rude! By then we finished eating our curry and rice. The naan were burnt when i opened at home.

Got the onion bhaji its taste worst. My friend got the rice and mango chicken taste alright. The girl standing there with no information how to serve. Ask for chilli was happy to pay extra as well but she said we can’t we don’t understand why !! ? Its seem like they are serving stale food…..

Tried to order the two curries on rice and wanted the two curries as just butter chicken and the woman tried to charge me $30 for 4 curries , and when I tried to tell her that’s know what I ordered she argued it with me and I told her don’t bother I’ll go elsewhere and then for next five minutes she stood there glaring at me at my table, totally unprofessional staff, won’t be back here ever again

Butter chicken was nice but I was charged $22 for a $14.95 meal. They charge you extra for containers and a plastic bag that I didn’t ask for. Won’t be back again, daylight robbery.
