I recently dined at Nando’s Penrith, which is a Afro-Portuguese mainly chicken restaurant, serving flame-grilled chicken available in several different types of Peri Peri sauce. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. This restaurant offers both dine-in and take-away services, and I chose to dine in. The store is large, clean, and very well presented, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Place has gone downhill massively. The team members look at you blankly when you try to order at the counter, meanwhile they’re all standing around on their phones. They can’t even grab napkins for you and make you get up and grab it yourself? Food quality is pretty awful too, such a shame, I loved a good feed from here

Absolutely love this restaurant – my family and I are here every week. The food is also cooked fresh & the team are always very accommodating. Looking forward to eating a 1/4 chicken with peri peri chips w/ the medium Nando’s sauce on my next visit.

This used to be our go to eat in family dinner spot as it was well priced and tasty, unfortunately after tonight’s meal we won’t be returning. The chicken was cooked, but not well. Most of the meat stuck very hard onto the bones, it didn’t taste like it had be grilled properly. The basting was just drizzled on top and no bits of burnt skin on either the chicken or the ribs. Maybe they were just busy but it didn’t taste good at all.

Went there at 9:30pm last night for dinner and close time was 10:00pm. First the staff member told, they are closing soon so it would be take way only. Once agreed and try to order one full chicken with sides, they are out of chicken because they already cleaned the grill. Only ribs and some sides would be available. This is the second time it happened. Reached their half an hour before closing and haven’t been served. Serve until 10 or change your closing time to 9,

There wasn’t any cutlery and I had to wait a bit before I could get any. We ordered from our table which was convenient. The chicken was good, apart from the dry tenders and undercooked haloumi.
