Bad customer service owner is so rude. Ordered a family pack of 5 paid $50 and got chips enough to feed 2 toddlers. Chips was suppose to feed 5 people. Ridiculous. Wasn’t even willing to listen

Good tasty and fresh fish along with generous portion of chips. Nicely located in the Bass Highway with plenty of parking out the front. Good seating outdoors out of the sun and wind.

Fish good, prawns good. Chips seemed like that were reheated and could have been better. Nuggets where good too.

The chips were beautiful and crisp, the flake was a little thin but the batter covered the fish well and was crisp.

This is the worst fish and chips shops we’ve ever been. If you want to spend 35bucks on a 10 dollar worth of food.. then this place is for you..

A passionate food outlet run by a sweet old couple with view of highway and outdoor seating. Nice place to break your journey and take a short rest

A very poor experience. Service was curt, food was soggy and smelly and prices were very high for the low standards.

Small bright, cheerful looking shop beside the highway in Grantville. A few tables outdoors under cover and a few seats inside to sit on whilst you wait. We took ours down to the pier nearby where there’s tables and a view of Westernport Bay. There is a good range of menu options and a fair few “meal packs” which seemed reasonably priced. We ordered 2 packs, one with Battered Flake, Potatoe Cakes, Dim Sims and chips, and another with Flathead Tails and Chips. We also got some delicious, delightfully crunchy Pickled Onions and a Marathon Spring Roll. When I asked for some extra lemon, the lady serving cheerfully added some more slices. The Flake and Flathead Tails were EXCELLENT! Thin crispy batter and beautifully moist fish. Unfortunately the Chips were very dry and difficult to eat, (we threw most of them out) the Potatoe Cakes were factory made and again dry and chewy. The Dim Sims were likewise dry and chewy. The Marathon Spring Roll was overcooked with burnt ends, but was still most and flavourful inside. I suspect either the oil is too hot or the faulty items were way over cooked. In either case it’s a shame as the fish WERE delicious. Although disappointed in our meals I would stop here again to give Seaside Fish and Chips another go. The Gentleman and Lady serving were lovely and the serves were very generous. Hopefully our experience was an anomaly!
