$11.20 for over cooked chips mixed with precooked chips, you don’t get much anymore and they taste burnt. A real shame as the quality has gotten much worse. Will be the last time I get food there 🙁 change the oil!

First time eating here and it wasn’t the best, calamari and prawn cutlets tasted off, chips were burnt, practically brown most likely because of the oil, not many salvageable but ate anyway due to being hungry after a long day. Lady behind the counter seemed as if she didn’t want to be there at all pushing a negative vibe onto us. The lady making our food used her bare hands to pack our food along with feeding herself in plain sight with the same hands which is very un hygienic

I just wanted to say how lovely the staff were at Seagulls and my lunch was perfect – thank you. The grilled fish and chips were cooked beautifully and that fish seasoning is fantastic. The kale salad I had with it was so fresh and tasty too! Thanks guys 🙂

We have been going to get our fish and chips for over a decade from Seagulls and it is consistently good. The fresh salads are just as good as the fried goodness. We can never say no to the fresh Mediterranean seafood salad or the grilled Octopus.

The last few times I’ve been in I’ve ended up with overcooked burnt chips. Only a handful have been salvageable, the oil seems old and taste has been different.

First time here, not overly impressed with the food. Batter tastes a bit weird, chips the same. Battered fish was under cooked in the middle, potato scallops were almost raw as were the tasmanian scallops. Tartare sauce wasn’t very nice. Probably wouldn’t eat here again.

This place makes the best hamburgers in Camden! And their chips are the best I have ever tasted! Lovely and crisp on the outside and beautiful on the inside too. I’m not saying other places in Camden aren’t good but Seagulls is definitely my favourite and the one I use every time. Efficient, friendly and good value. All in the heart of Camden. And they always get my order correct. Thank you Seagulls On Argyle, and all the team, for exceeding my expectations.
