My visit to Seabites was just okay. the food, it was a bit hit or miss. The calamari was chewy, and the fish they claimed was the “catch of the day” didn’t taste all that fresh. The flavors in the dishes seemed a bit confused, like they were trying too hard to be fancy but missed the mark.

I bought 1 oyster to try it before purchasing another dozen, it was off and had to spit it out at the counter. I let them know it was off, they didn’t refund me but said “oysters isn’t everyone’s preference”. I personally LOVE oysters, but yes, OFF oysters that taste like an old shoe isn’t my preference or anyone else’s im sure. Never going back ! Rude and not fresh !

Bought what was meant to be fresh snapper and flathead fillets took them home to cook for dinner and when opened the bag to crumb the flathead it had a terrible off smell. Cooked one to see if it was ok but it was even worse after that I wouldn’t recommend eating fresh seafood from there to anyone.

Amazing service! My sister is GF and struggles to ever join us for fish and chips but the staff here were super accommodating even at the end of the day. Fresh and local fish too which is a HUGE plus. Will be back!

My order of grilled flathead when served was a rather small portion. A staff member approached our table with another beautifully grilled fillet, stating “I noticed the small fillet on your plate and grilled you another piece to add to your meal.” The food is great and service is always with a smile.

This fish is the best you can get in the area. They are very accommodating for coeliac / GF people too, heated up a seperate fryer so we could get crumbed instead of the usual grilled for my husband. Really lovely people too. 5 stars

It is not good as it was before in regards of Taste, quantity. I ordered takeaway but they didn’t even give me any sauce which I was supposed to have with the meal. I try to call them but no one picked up. It was unexpected.
