Went to get some dessert tonight and got there with over half an hour before it closes. They wouldn’t serve us dine in because they couldn’t be bothered to do their job. Then we ordered a lava cake that they didn’t heat up which is meant to be served heated like we asked. So we went and asked the staff to heat it and so they did and then forgot about it. Waited for a while and then they gave it to us cold. We got up and decided to get a hot chocolate for the way home and they wouldn’t serve as they closed down the coffee machine even though they still had 20 minutes until closing. This is the worst experience at San Churros I have ever encountered and am definitely not coming back. I have read some of the reviews and there are a lot of bad and still nothing is changing. Great to know they care about the customers feedback.

Ordered 3 coffees to take away, after waiting 20 minutes we recieved only 2 coffees, of terrible quality! The place wasn’t even half full. Working as a barista myself I’d have been fired for that, absolutely ridiculous!! Go down the road a bit to TODS much nicer and quicker and their place was packed full!
