Very surprised at the amount of care and perfection in their dishes. Had the gluten free seafood laksa and there was an abundance of perfectly cooked calamari, fish and prawns. Broth was interesting and rich. The chicken satay was marinated beautifully. Had a very tasty pleasant meal.

We were just passing by and never expected to enjoy such a delicious meal on this cold day! I highly recommend the raw beef noodle soup, fried rice and fried noodles, and the teh tarik is also very tasty. Sincere thanks to the chef!

We stopped by for a quick lunch on our way back to Melbourne, the food makes me feel like I’m back home Roti Canai was absolutely delicious flaky on the outside and soft on the inside.

Went for lunch and ordered dry egg noodles with fried wantons. It was a pretty standard but overall a nice meal. My partner ordered the rare beef pho and absolutely loved it! Usually other restaurant’s pho have too thin of a broth with little flavour bit this time he left feeling very satisfied. The Vietnamese coffee was really nice as well, super creamy and strong. Can’t wait to try more and hope all the best for the new restaurant.

very helpful and lovely staff (the serving lady with glasses). Food is also good – well balanced not too sweet. We had nasi lemak (chicken), roti/curry, spicy black sauce chicken? (very spicy though). The coconut coffee is also very nice. A gem that is easily missed but worth on your visiting list. Considering cheap too.

Really delicious food. Even their basic vegetable soup was so so so flavourful. The soup helped calm my upset stomach after the horrible fish and chips from Hot Spot fish and chip shop. We also had the Teh Tarik and Roti Canai which was absolutely fantastic too. The people were lovely

I have eaten so much Asian food in different parts of Asia in my 5 years of stay there – Saigon Yame easily matches up and even beats the best of the best that I have had there. So fresh, no readymade spices or sauces or mixes, hot off the pot, and fresh chicken, beef, seafood that we had. We were four of us – had the Teh Tarik, Roti with Chicken curry, Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang and couple of styles of the Nasi Goreng. Everything was lightly spiced, well done, service was excellent and the price just right. I can’t recommend this place enough.
