I really enjoyed the ramen from this restaurant. The noodles had a great chew to them and I liked the texture from the bean sprouts and fungus. The egg was lovely and the broth had a great flavour and mouth feel. I thought the pork was slightly dry but it was still tasty. I’d definitely come back again!

I’m new in Adelaide and I love ramen. Can’t believe I can find an authentic tonkotsu ramen here! Its taste is similar to Ichiran ramen in Japan. If they give us the sheet to fill up on how much chili flakes, spring onion and how is the noodle done, it would be identical! Will be visiting them soon to try out other stuffs in their menu..
