Lovely ambience and great location. According to staff Bayy (if I got his name correctly) the menu doesn’t cater to mocktails. It was a very frustrating experience trying to get a simple order through with his disgruntled disposition and persistent arguments. Walks away from the bar when customers approached and ultimately someone else came to serve us. Even when another team member took my order for a mocktail, he interrupted to say that was not possible. Other team member offered to make the drink without the alcohol and advised that it would be the same cost which I said I had no concerns paying for. This service standard was certainly not expected from a reputable hospitality brand. I am keen to know if Ryan’s certainly cannot make a non-alcoholic alternative when every other bar does. The least a service team member could do is to greet customers and this didn’t happen with other customers who approached the bar too. Similar experiences with said staff were shared by about ten others in my group.

High tea… What a joke for the price you pay. The sandwiches were to dry and not much flavour, the pastry was dull. The sweets portion were just out of a box nothing special. And to top it off only 2 glasses of bubbles. When we arrived the staff didn’t really explain how it worked. $$$ don’t waste your time and money

We found this gem for gathering on a Sunday when bumped into our other groups of friends in the City after Lunch. The coffee was reasonable price and the atmosphere was excellent for social gathering 😉
