Visited Walter’s Steakhouse this afternoon and was blown away by the incredible steak and delicious food they offer. It’s undoubtedly the best steakhouse in Brisbane! It is a typical New York-style steak house. It was a porterhouse steak with great flavor due to dry aging. All the staff were very welcoming. It seems to be a memorable dinner where everything was perfect. If I have a chance to visit Brisbane again, I will visit Walter’s Steak House again.

As a steakhouse, not “impressive”, but enjoyed a good meal with family and friends nonetheless. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced for what it is. Beef tartare was a highlight, as was the bacon starter. Beef tartare was a little dry; the cured egg yolk they use is umami-rich and enjoyable, but does not lend the luscious/unctuousness a raw yolk or aioli would add.

Steak frites was the smaller version of the signature steak and this was available at the bar side. Steak was juicy and taste so superb. The best steak I tasted so far in brisbane. The fries also wirth mentioning. Very addictive. The bartender recommended us to take a bite of steak then a sip of wine and this worked so perfect. Wow. 5 stars
