This place is worth the hype. You know when your Italian friends recommend an Italian restaurant it will be good, but this place exceeds expectations. We did the set menu and it was generous and delicious. The service is warm and inviting – they are really attentive. It’s such a fun and high energy environment. The duck ravioli and Gorgonzola gnocchi flawless. We will be back! And thank you for allowing my to byo my alcohol free wine – very progressive of you as many Adelaide restaurants way behind the 8 ball on this!

Comfort Italian food at its best!!! Stunning interiors, outdoor seating, and absolutely delicious food. Gorgonzola Gnocchi was definitely the star of the night and with the chili oil, it was amazing!!! Also had the duck ravioli and roasted potatoes, both absolutely delicious. Ended the night with the open Cannolo dessert. Overall, it was a great night, staff were friendly and the service was incredible. Will be coming back for sure.

We haven’t been to Ruby Red Flamingo in a while, so when my wife and I got the opportunity for a kid free date night we quickly booked on short notice and luckily found ourselves a table in the garden on a lovely clear night. We ordered a few faves including the Gnocchi Gorgonzola which was just as good or better than we remembered. We were well looked after by the team and the service was impeccable. The drinks special was a guava cocktail which was delicious based on the quick sip I stole when my wife went to the bathroom. All in all, a perfect night out with great food.

My third time at Ruby Red Flamingo and it has definitely improved. We opted for the $55 banquet, and rolled outta there. What I loved about this was that we could choose our starters, main and pasta dish. The staff were friendly and they had a great selection of wines. We sat outside under the marquee, and it was a beautiful set up. Great place for Italian food.

Got the banquet at a family dinner, they forgot to bring out an entree so we reminded them to bring it out. They then forgot to bring out one of the mains completely to which they offered a $100 gift voucher which we won’t be using. The food was completely average what did come out and the service was poor. Not to mention the drinks were RIDICULOUSLY overpriced (probably why they don’t put them all on the menu)!

Was staying at M Suites Hotel nearby and came across this Italian restaurant. Quickly made reservations for an early dinner for family. Very pleasantly surprised by the food and wine quality. Very generous portions of pasta which is cooked flavourfully. Enjoyed the dinner in this lively atmosphere restaurant.
