My chicken salad sandwich with gluten free bread was huge, delicious and fresh. The fruit salad was also very fresh and sweet. And my husband enjoyed his burger and chips. The staff were friendly, service was fast, and the price was good too.

I met the owner, michael at Ruby Blue. has not long taken over from the old owners which looked after me really well. Michael cooked me up a double bacon and egg burger and it is the best. What a gem of a find! The husband wife team go out of their way for excellent customer service; they were closing when I got their twice & still were friendly and made me the best iced coffee / frappe on the mid coast! Can only say positive things about this place. Owner and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Had a big breakfast which was indeed big! Tea and coffee exactly as ordered. The owners attitude to his patrons and staff is A1. So good to hear an owner full of praise and appreciative of his staff. Highly recommended this Cafe.

Cannot praise this cafe enough. Stopped in for a coffee with the 4 yr old. He got a strawberry milk shake and Vegemite toastie. Service was friendly I felt like a regular lol. Atmosphere was very cosy. There was plenty of car parking spaces. If you’re in the area I do recommend dropping in.

Went to Rubi Blue Cafe for mothers day. Oh my gosh. Food delicious relaxed atmosphere saff are amazing. Service was outstanding. The coffee is soooo good. This little unassuming Cafe is the best in the area well worth a visit.
