Really good burger place to check out. We got the kids burger as we’re not big eaters. The portions were just right for us. Love the fries! Milkshake was good too. Would highly recommend this burger place.

I have ordered two chicken burgers and both was so delicious and tasty. The materials was fresh and it seems all cooked in right way. Moreover all staff were so friendly and the customer service was great. Nevertheless there was various refill beverages in the corner and cold water that was provided beside it. Just got there and enjoy your time and meal

Royal stacks can be considered your normal burger place. Good for anyone who doesn’t want to dine at a Maccas or Hungry Jacks. The burgers are priced fairly and tastes a pretty good as well. The beef cheese fries was a let down as it was a bit too soggy and didn’t go well.

Royal Stacks has always been a go to for lunch when working in the city.

Solid burgers and really friendly service. There are lots of vegan and veg options that are all just as hearty and satisfying as the meat options. Chips and potato gems are well seasoned and generously portioned. Can’t really go wrong.

One of my favourite burger joints in Melbourne! Consistently good flavour with a variety of options. I’ve been to some other locations for the chain but this one is by far the best. Good luck quality ingredients, great tasting buns that aren’t too thick and don’t break apart as you’re eating the burger. I also love their fried chicken…salty crunchy deliciousness.

A great HALAL burger restaurant in the area ! ( make sure you select the halal options when ordering through their QR code) Their specials are always worth trying and highly recommend the hibiscus and mango drink if you’re looking for a healthier drink option compared to their milkshakes. Service is good but they did miss the extra jalepenos I asked for. No biggie though.

Absolute slop dripping of grease and the fries were hard and dry.

Best burger lists for Melbourne always list Royal Stacks and I was in the area so decided to give it a crack. It was pretty disappointing. Let’s start at service. I get that it’s the future and QR code ordering at the table is normal but I always prefer to order at the counter. We weren’t given that option even though it was available. I notice the ‘handy’ application also charges you an approx 3% surcharge and it asks you if you want to tip the staff. What for? I barely had any interaction with them. I found the online ordering to be clunky with some available burgers not in the burger section. My go to burger when I’m trying a new place is the version of the double with bacon. This was unavailable as were onion rings, concrete shakes and a few other items. There was a smaller burger with bacon and onion available (Shakespeare). There was no table service, when the food was ready you had to go up to the counter and get it yourself. The soft drinks were filled by ourselves and the bar staff girl who was quite friendly handed me the empty cups with her fingers conspicuously on the inside of the cups. I’ve had my shots and I like to believe that hospitality workers wash their hands all the time so I cracked on but that was not a good look. There was no meal option so everything had to be ordered seperate. And it was definitely on the higher end of cost for a modern burger joint. For the positives there was free tomato sauce and mustard. They give you a lot of napkins even though the burgers were very neat to eat. Some joints give you wet wipes now. The fries were shoestring and had great seasoning and were cooked perfectly. I had the double stack and half of my wife’s kavorka chicken burger. The double stack was fine. Fresh ingredients and good flavours. The burger didn’t collapse as I ate it and I had minimal mess to clean up. The kavorka was the star, that bad boy was delicious! I wish I could have tried the double with bacon. Burger joints are a dime a dozen now and I haven’t had a bad burger yet so you really need to differentiate yourself from the mob. The danger of franchising is you lose that uniqueness and care that the OG shop would have. The decor and design is confusing to me. Graffiti on the walls, random Home Alone posters, old NBA games on the ceiling TV, Mr Bean playing on another. Can I be clear that the food was OK? The staff were nice except for putting their fingers in my drink cups. I just expect more now, especially for that price. Royal Stacks, I don’t think I’ll be backs (sorry for the bad joke, it just came to me).

Amazing fried chicken burgers and the fried chicken pieces ordered on their own are great value for money.
