Expansive well organised cafe with many staff. My coffee and muffin were not perfect however so I have marked them at less than 5. Flat white was very flat. Muffin was a little bit too cakey/crumbley. Breakfast food on other tables looked good.

Visiting daughter in Sarina and searched for cafe on line. Found Roots. What a great place for breakfast. Booked a table online and on arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming young woman who showed us to a good table and explained how they obtained most of their products locally. Meals were great and coffees fantastic. We found all staff to be very pleasant and professional. Great atmosphere. When in Sarina this will definitely be our go to cafe. Give it a try if you’re local or travelling through.
