Each roll was $4.20. Takes two bites to finish it. Tofu roll was miles better than the BBQ chicken roll (which I reckon is a popular choice). Tofu roll was packed with so many colours of ingredients and we thoroughly enjoyed it! I’ll be happy to try the other rolls. Seems like a healthy snack choice.

Noodle salad almost inedible. Noodles were glued into solid lumps that couldn’t be separated. Ver dry beef in clumps that had to be teased apart. When I showed the woman at Roll’d, she said the noodles were sticky and they were supposed to be like that. Have had this salad at other places plenty of times and they were definitely not like that

This outlet was open at 6.30pm on a Sunday so I enquired if the kitchen was still open. The server at the counter explained it was closed, but the leftover unsold rolls were available for purchase. Her workmate who was cutting leftover meat behind her, was exceptionally rude and backchatted me in Vietnamese, while her back was turned to me.

Placed an order for pickup on Easter to find restaurant closed. App order states cancelled but the amount was never refunded back and was charged twice even though states payment failed. I had filled out a form online and contacted the store multiple times and phone just rings out.

Not the best experiance Went to order there Iced coffee but staff said the machine broken so I order the ice tea instead they didn’t have any cups so had to use pho cup instead with no lid at least the Vietnamese baguette was tasty

The quality of the food at this store got definitely worse. The rice paper rolls are super thin and small, there is barely meat inside, I feel like I’m chewing just on the rice paper rather than the filling inside. I also found black hair in 2 of my rolls!!! This is an absolute NO GO! Would not recommend buying food from there.
