Last week, I had their sliced rare beef noodle soup and it was yum, tasted like other noodle soups from other Pho restaurants I have been too. However tonight I had the same meal and it was super salty, the soup tasted like salty water. Also, it would be nice to have some fresh mint or basil as garnish on top. It’s either because I ordered at different times of the day or because they had a different chef, but the soup tasted completely different.

Worst customer service ever. Made an order online for pickup at 1 pm. They did not make our food and we received our order at 1:45 ppm. Completely ruined our onward plans! I wish I had an option to give them 0 stars!

Very pricey and not worth the wait. Everytime I’ve eaten here the food always taste like dishwashing liquid, like as if they never rinsed their utensils afterwashing them. The food is way too expensive for the portion you get. Maybe after 3 Michelin stars you can get away with micro portions but in a takeaway establishment like this one there is no excuse. When I ordered a rice bowl I got more salad than chicken and they even threw in peppermint… into a BBQ chicken rice bowl they thought peppermint was gonna seal the deal… AND I SPENT 13.50 FOR IT! Other places will charge $10 Max, with $8-9 being the average.

The staff were friendly that’s why I’m giving an extra star but was literally the worst pho I’ve ever had! So bland, tasted like literally water and noodles! I chucked it out! 🙁 disappointing I was looking forward to some nice pho! UPDATE I decided to try some rice paper rolls thinking surely they would be okay! Soo disappointing once again! Literally no flavour, except for the sauce I drenched it in, and the other two completely fell apart so couldn’t eat unless I had a fork ! Such a shame

Has to be the worst bahn mi ever, bun was not crusty as described, no taste, dry , I asked for extra coriander and I was given have a wilted sprig with two tiny leaves on.
