I’ve been a loyal customer here for quite some time! This is my go-to for cheap, fast, and decent banh mi. Among the various options, I recommend the roast pork and grilled pork banh mi. While prices have gone up over time and now hover around $7 ($7.50 for roast pork), the value is still quite competitive compared to other places. The portion sizes are decent, and the taste is consistent.

This place is always busy, there is a queue there all the time. Bahn Mi taste good, but not the best, my parents really enjoyed the rice noodles salad with grilled pork, crispy chicken and egg noodle also very nice, but I am a bit disappointed with my pho noodle soup, the soup is only warm not hot enough to cook the rare beef and bean sprouts.

Place itself very popular within the Coventry Village you might have to wait for a while. I love the crispy baguette with grilled chicken, coriander and chili. My partner ordered the beef pho noodle soup and he said was very much rich in flavor.

Had a chiken fried rice for $13.90 but if cards it has surcharges. The food came quite fast and good size for the price. Highly reccomend the chicken fried rice especially the chiken. One downside personally is too much coriander as I hate coriander. The food. Tried the vegetarian soups but quickly realised why I am not vegetarian. Each table has their own cutleries (including chopsticks) and the variety of sauces from spicy to sweet. Plenty of seats and tables. Plenty of parking but can be a bit tricky as small rooms and can be busy during lunch time. Lots of Asian shops and other restaurants around for lots of choices.

Ordered the rice noodle with beef for takeaway. They put the sauce container inside you mean in the bowl which doesn’t sense at all at least put it separately outside. The worst thing is I was chewing my food when I felt something hard in my mouth. Turned out to be a PIECE OF PLASTIC. Luckily I could feel it. The whole meal was soggy and wasn’t fresh. Don’t usually complain for the sake of it but this was too much. Do better with FOOD SAFETY! You want to increase the price yet the standards are getting worse.

The best, cheapest and the most authentic taste banhmi I’ve ever tasted in Perth, the banhmi was crunchy and there were so many vegetables, pickles vegie (carot and radish), and flavorful butter, it also had coriander which is delicious.

Lots of black oily dusty thing on my fried chicken. Staff who’s serving on till, also calling numbers without mask, lots of sprays from her mouth will spray on the food. Not customer service at all. Chicken dry and tasteless.
