Excellent find, this place has some great menu items. For entree we tried the Moreton Bay bug schnitzel which was unique, although I thought it tasted too much like chicken. I think turning it into a schnitzel took away from the taste of the bug. The scallops in half shells were absolutely divine and were my favourite dish. For mains, I had the eye fillet steak which was a big juicy thick cut, cooked to medium rare perfection. My partner had the barramundi which was so tender, and the skin extra crispy. She claims it was the best barramundi she has ever had! Dessert was chocolate fondant and sticky date pudding. Both were extremely delicious and the sticky date serving was very generous. All in all a great dinner and I will definitely return to try some other items on the menu!

Came again for fathers day (like we do for most events) and had a mistake with our booking! Oh no! The lovely staff were more than happy to find us a new table, and it was in a corner spot, like we prefer. Food was immaculate, and dessert was beautiful. Lovely service, and peaceful atmosphere. See you next time.

Pricey, but absolutely wonderful. Staff were lovely, atmosphere was relaxed and beautiful, and the food and wine were second to none. Probably the best restaurant experience I’ve had. Highly recommend Rocksalt.

One of the tastiest foods I’ve ever had ❤️! My favourite was the Tempura Zucchini Flowers (stuffed w/ four Italian cheeses on beetroot risotto with shaved parmesan). Surprisingly delicious.

I have eaten here twice before, today was my third time and it was excellent. Beautiful food and flavours combined to make great dishes well presented with superb execution by the waitress made it a great experience. Plenty to choose from on the menu, very accommodating for allergies, good selection of wine list. Highly recommended.

Can’t beat the food and service! Delish menu as it is but Aaron and Vanessa are always happy to cater to our fussy needs and always serve a top notch meal. The cocktails are on point, garlic bread is a must and the staff are fabulous !

I started with a Cronulla Beer Easy Tiger then came out the Burrata w/ herb, fennel & chilli oil served with a Sonoma Bakery Baguettewhich was amazing. For entree I had Tiger Prawn Stack it comes with crispy potato rosti, avocado, black sesame & cocktail aioli, and for the main the Kangaroo Fillet with sweet potato mash, dutch carrots, beetroot marmalade & jus. The Head Red Shiraz from the Barossa Valley went well with my main. Finished off with the Sicilian Donuts with lemon curd, macerated strawberries, candied almonds & vanilla bean gelato. The food is faultless and the staff and service was great.
