I recently visited Road Haven Cafe with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The main letdown was the quality of the coffee. It tasted stale and lacked the rich flavor I usually expect from a cafe.

A usual place I used to get my coffee for me and my colleagues. Stopped going as there is an old lady that works there gave a very rude service I know this because ive worked hospitality my entire career, as I entered she had her back turned and shook her head as if she made it clear she wasn’t happy that I wanted to order while she was busy doing some cash count/paper works .Then she yells from the counter asking what I wanted which was 2 coffee and a Sandwhich wrap, she angrily told me to wait as she was busy counting money and doing some paper works. But I couldn’t since I had to go to work across the road as I mostly work nights shifts. This is the second time I got treated poorly by the same person. Not going back, and also they have a very slow service. No sense of urgency for night shift workers at all. Better go wild bean Cafe now.

Driving past Road Haven Cafe Epping frequently I have been a regular happy customer usually purchasing a plain chicken schnitzel in a toasted sandwich always happily paid $6.90 for a long time. My last visit today was charged $9.50…..(increase of $2.60)… not happy…..feeling ripped off…:(

Called in this morning to get fuel and I purchased and Bacon & Egg Roll for $5.90. Talk about disappointing, the roll was moist and chewy – The egg was the size of a quails egg and over cooked with 2 tiny rashes of bacon. It’s surely not that hard to make a quality Roll to ensure the customer will return. Very disappointing.

i go there early in mornings like most places for fresh foods as in afternoon and evenings can be a bit ccrips and not edible if under bain marie, its same for all take away places
