Horrible customer service ordered a whole chicken it was reasonable . Ordered a garden salad and didn’t get any utensils and went to get some and was none. Waited 45mins for food wasn’t worth it. I think they do a lot of delivery service food and it affects the overall output. They simply can not cope with the orders.ate it with our hands

The only reason I’m giving this place even 1 star is because the food came out hot. Other than that, our visit has been atrocious. To begin with, we were greeted with staff with their hair half covering their faces, so unhygienic especially working with food. Then our drinks were forgotten so we had to go and ask for them and provide the receipt.

Ordered some chicken, rice, chips and hummus with pita bread on the evening of 18/07/23. Chips and rice were as expected. On the other hand, when I opened the box of chicken, the entire chicken breast had it’s skin torn off and missing. The pita bread was fine and small bottle of drizzle was also included as per order. I then opened the container of hummus to find ANOTHER bottle of drizzle SUBMERGED INSIDE THE HUMMUS! Completely unacceptable! This wasn’t just a missing part of the order which could happen by accident. Somebody CONSCIOUSLY put this bottle inside the hummus and closed the container and sent it off like its normal. That is the last time I order from this store.
