Very good dinner. One thing that isn’t really well publicised is that Tamar River Villa guests get 10% off when they order take away. The staff will take your order and deliver it to your room. Food came reasonably quickly and all tasted very good. We ordered the Special Beef Pho, Satay Chicken, Spicy Squid and Sweet & Sour Chicken. Our favourites were the sweet and sour pork which was crunchy and juicy and the squid which was nice and spicy.

A very nice young couple run the restaurant which provides delicious food: vietnamese noodle (Pho), stew roasted duck with rice noodle roll, grilled chicken meat salad with rice noodle, rice paper rolls, etc…..

This little restaurant had such a relaxing atmosphere and a very friendly host when we visited. Loved the way they had the place set up, and I would have never expected such a nice little eatery next to a motel. Wonderful view of Riverside in Launceston and STELLAR pho. I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee which certainly gave me the kick I needed for my long drive home. Overall a wonderful place to go and to eat! Cheers!

We went here for a birthday dinner and it couldn’t have been better. A stunning location, the views over the river are awe inspiring. The restaurant is tasteful, clean, fresh, welcoming, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was amazing! The menu had a great selection and was reasonably priced for the quality of the food. Highly recommended.
