We enjoyed every bit of our dinner here. The focaccia n dips were so good. Chicken ribs was very tasty too. Don’t forget the desserts. Both the apple crumble n dark choc mousse was da bomb! Very good recommendation and service from the floor staffs. Ambience is beautiful. Wil definitely come back.

Fantastic food！The pizza is fluffy, crispy, and the cheese‘s temp is perfect. The mushroom risotto is also very good, the rice is just right but not too raw or too soft. The pasta had a moderate spiciness and was delicious with tiger prawns. The only regret is that the beef tartar is a little salty. This store is absolutely amazing！

Dinner and drinks at Republica last night which was really enjoyable given the lovely sunset and live music (though a little loud). The pizza didn’t look much chop but was actually incredibly yummy. The chips were really tasty too (I even ordered a second basket). The only complaint was everything was order to your table via QR code except you still had to go to the bar for soft drinks (and iced chai which didn’t seem to be available on QR) No cutlery or napkins were brought out with the food either

The steak was surprisingly really well seasoned and delicious. Affordable house pours during happy hour. The white wine was great but you might want to skip the sparkling.

Great location on the beach. Fantastic wood fired pizzas and decent beer offerings. Can get busy on a nice day but worth the wait. The inside area is two levels so the actual bar and dining space is much larger. Weekends inside can get pretty loud and crazy, probably not for the older crowd.

Republica can get pretty busy over the weekends with events and birthdays on. It is very easy to book a table online so try doing that to avoid being disappointed. The service was great and food arrived quick despite being so busy and everything was delicious. Great bite to eat after a day at Luna Park!
