Waited 25 minutes in the drive through for chips, and when served the box was half empty and chips were cold. There were only 2 cars ahead of us, must be very understaffed, disappointing.

I’m usually quite happy with the service at RR Taylors Lakes, but not tonight. I don’t usually give bad reviews but the service through the drive thru at 7pm Thursday night was not great and very childish. I gave my order and my order was not repeated back to me so l kept waiting at the speaker, finally she said was there anything else, l said no and drove down. She told me the cost, which was too much for what l ordered so l patiently repeated it, unfortunately l didn’t know the correct name of the meal, so she was saying kids but l didn’t understand what she said, so she repeated it a couple of times, finally my daughter said to me kids mum, she’s saying kids, l apologised to the server and said yes kids meals, that what l wanted. We parked to eat and we all opened our cans of drinks and we were all sprayed with soft drinks, she shook all 3 cans before handing them to us and the drinks were not cold. If this is what l have to look forward to for not understanding the server, l definitely will not be going back to this restaurant. It’s also very unprofessionally for staff to have their mobile phones out on the bench while working, they should be in their bags not out while working, mobile phones are a big distraction for staff.

Would rate it 0 if I could. This would have to be the worst fast food experience of my life and possibly the worst purchase of my life. The food was not even edible. The burger buns were still half frozen. The cheese was cold the chicken was cold. This chips were stale and soggy and the service was rubbish. Will never go to any red rooster again
