Very nice chicken, but if you are going to employ non English speaking staff there must be a minimum level of proficiency in English language before they are employed to serve the public. Could not understand what they said, even asking them to repeat four times.

Ordered 2 box meals with delivery only received one and when called up I was asked if I could pick it up myself. Asked for refund and got told I had to leave a feedback through the app until my refund could then be processed. This isn’t the first time they have messed my order up. Absolute terrible service.

Ok. Usually, I do not acquire takeout as I often have time at home to cook my own meals. On the 3/05/23 my taste buds were ambitious and I decided to delve into some takeout, something I have not enjoyed for years. Whoever cooked, let them cook again. This meal was flawless. My coca cola was crisp, perfectly chilled. The 10 pack of cheesy nuggets was extraordinary, satisfying my chicken needs. The perfect amount of cheese and chicken combination got me drooling fam.

The Parklea store building is filthy inside and out. The furniture is filthy all over. Is a disgrace to walk into. Very disappointing it been a while since I’ve been to a Red Rooster, I won’t be rushing back.
