I ordered through drive through last night and they stuff our order up for the 4th time in a row. I then took it back in and the manager was very rude and was trying to blame me for the order stuff up. She then refused to give me a fresh meal as the one I was given went cold and was missing the chips and the drink. I asked for my money back and she basically threw the money at me. I am a service checker and this red rooster has been reported. Hope the manager likes them apples

Who doesn’t have chicken cooked at lunch time, it’s meant to be fast food. Not sit in the car for 20 minutes waiting as your store didn’t think anyone would come through for lunch. Poor service
