First time Ive given a four star rating for food, but this time I am , in relation to the so called hot and spicy chicken, to me it was just plain old chicken and had no kick to the so called hot and spicy chicken, it was just plain, the staff were friendly and cheery and the store very clean, given them five stars but please improve on the hot and spicy chicken. If you advise hot and spicy chicken then make it hot and spicy for the customers but what I was given was false advertising.

Awful , Dodgy and Inconsistent Quality. Tried the new red hot sauce 6 piece from here for lunch and it was great, lots of sauce so went there again and tried it the next day but sauce was baked into the chicken and some pieces lacked sauce at all and tasted like bread crumbs and oil it was dry and overcooked, when complained got told I could request extra sauce but I’d have to pay, unlike the day before, I couldn’t believe the dip in quality and customer service after 24 hrs. I would never go here if you expect consistency as there’s nothing here in what you get to say they care about the food or customer service. I would have given 1/2 a star but for all others considering eating here I say avoid Red Rooster Mt Gravatt or try at risk of disappointment or worse food poisoning. Just Awful.
