Just spent 1hr and 23 mins in the drive through only to receive cold food! No warning signs for persons entering the drive though, no closure due to their incompetence, and no requesting persons to park up. Very poor management!

Sadly yet again, we did a lunch run drive thru for 2 roast chicken flava wraps and instead got the fried chicken wraps. 2 witnesses in the car . Very frustrating, and I definitely do not have the time to go back during a lunch break. We have no choice but to go elsewhere for wraps, as it keeps happening
