Take out has hit a new low. I’m not sure if it’s the economy or recovery from lock down or new employment.. but please do better. And yes this photo is exactly how I opened it. I was the only person who ordered, no one else in sight and clearly no online orders, so definitely not busy. Staff just did not give a #$%^ about their there own employment.

I ordered a meal box with 5 items in it including a drink. 2 out of 5 items were wrong, that’s 40% of the entire order. The name of the box is called triple spicy, so just maybe the burger in it should be a triple spicy burger??? A mashed potato with gravy also need mashed potatoes in it, a full tub of gravy is a new low. I know it’s fast food, but still, the negligence is unbelievable. It’s been okay with few past orders, but all it takes is one terrible experience. I’m applying for a refund from uber. This is beyond acceptable.

Everything, I make an order the staff stuff it. They can’t get it right at all. Not once have I had it right. Everyone should be saked and start fresh with new employees who are trained in knowing to take orders and getting it right and also telling the difference between the chicken pieces .

Awful service even after having more than 10 people as staff.Had to wait for more than 15 minutes for the order to collect when there were no one in the waiting area or in queue. They gave the order wrong. Took another 10 minutes to change it. Didn’t even give me a drink when I had already paid for it.
