Staff took 10 minutes to serve us and then another 15 minutes just to get our food ready. Unbeknownst to us at that the time until halfway through our meal they undercooked my partners chicken which eventually led to them getting food poisoning. Will never eat here or at another red rooster ever again.

Needing a quick bite on the way home on Christmas Eve about 19:00, we swing by the drive through. The gentleman serving us was insanely friendly, persevered when having issues with the loyalty card, recognised it was my wife’s birthday and wished her all the best. He then gave us options for a discount due to her birthday and added a small treat by way of saying Happy Birthday. Amazing service and such a nice guy.
