This is the best Red Rooster I have ever been to. They are consistent. Always freshly cooked no matter how late or early in the day you arrive. The staff are always friendly and polite.

Usually I find their service great but last night my partner and I were served by a very rude girl with strawberry blonde hair. She laughed at every word my partner said (he’s French) it was very provoking as we didn’t know what was so funny and found it extremely offensive and racist. Most of order was wrong and she made us pay extra for two Powerade that come for free with a large boxed meal. I told her how we always get them no extra cost with the large meals, but she just argued against me instead of reporting to her manager and aloud her to over charged me for a meal because we didn’t want the drama. My partner and I are weekly regulars, and we won’t be returning whilst she is there!!!

Gave there fried chicken a second chance today. It’s good but still not as good as there better roast chicken for taste. Also, I tried their reds hot sauce and wouldn’t say it’s anything like a hot sauce, more like nice and peppery like a nice Tabasco. Which I enjoy so much more.

This place always has fresh delicious food and the staff are always friendly. Their fried chicken was hands down the best fried chicken I have ever had. It was crunchy on the outside and golden brown, Not oily and the chicken was perfect.

Sometimes this is the only option due to the hour we are passing through. We don’t like the burger places. Anyway, multiple times the staff are preoccupied with useless rubbish. Like 2 staff members dealing with a phone call, during which the person was told that they don’t take orders over the phone, they have to come into store. Not sure why 2 people had to deal with that. Another time, every table was filthy and staff were just chatting or pretending to fold boxes. One even appeared to be the shift manager

I used to love coming here. First reviewed with 5/5, but it’s severally gone downhill. Unless you are luck, you’ll be in drive thru for such a long time. I’ve been in it for 15 minutes and still haven’t taken my order. Not to mention the hours of service are now ridiculous.
