We waited about 5 to 10 minutes and there was no line up. Even two staff saw us and we asked if we can be served and they ignored us. About 5 minute later someone comes, there rude and have no customer service at ALL. I do NOT recommend going to Red Rooster as you will immediately be disappointed and angry. There food taste awful and i am just VERY unhappy.

The food was great, but watching 3-4 staff slouch around doing nothing while the bin was overflowing and there was food scraps under the tables was disgusting. Poor service. Such a shame.

Prices can look attractive, but it is not worth it. My burger was soggy and cold. It seemed that I was eating a frozen meal heated on microwave. By the pictures, you can see that it looked horrible and, trust me, it tasted horrible as well. Zero star.

We got home with our food and it was missing a large chips so i tried calling the store but it was a Sydney number. No answer on the number so I drove all the way back over to get my chips the ladies were very rude I asked if I could have a Sauce for the inconvenience. It was literally the least they could do but they would not give me one. so I went home to a cold meal with chicken wings that were over cooked. Not very happy considering up until now they have been the best take away in Grafton
