On Tuesday night I visited the store near closing time and was served by a young girl. I was pleasantly surprised by her politeness and enthusiasm, and she was very patient while I decided what I wanted to order. When I received my order, I told her that my chips were cold and she apologised profusely and got me a new packet in the size up. Great improvement of service at this store, used to be a lot worse but it has definitely gotten better.

Forget getting anything burger or sub related here, every burger I’ve had from here is dry as and tastes like it’s been sitting under the heat for 4 hours, even their rooster rolls are terrible and dry, how do you so badly mess up a sub you pre-made then just microwaved for a couple seconds. The roast and fried chicken are the only edible stuff here, I’d be scratching my head if a chicken shop managed to mess that up though.

We went through the drive through. We seemed to be the only customers at the store. We were asked to wait for our order. The chips were barely cooked & we weren’t given the pineapple fritters! If this is the way the store is run, I expected it’ll be out of business soon enough. Will drive to Penrith next time!

They got my order wrong, tried calling 10 times no answer than drove 20 minutes back down there and they closed early! Absolutely upset, paid a full price of a meal and only received two of the items. Sales team seemed to be distracted with their friends and socialised the whole time.

I visited the store a few times last year and had a very poor experience. I lodged a complaint online and was contacted immediately by the store manager, she was absolutely wonderful and asked me to stop by the store and receive compensation for the meal. I turned up today and greeted by a lovely female on the counter and the male manager on-site. They definitely redeemed themselves today.

Waited in the drive through for way to long!! If the customers food isn’t ready move them on out of the way so the rest of us can get on with our night & our food not be cold because you made us wait!!

Ordered 1 large chips extra salt. Not 1 car in drive thru, received cold chips no salt. If you only have one customer its not hard to listen to thrm unless you’re that checked out of your job.
