Worst store, ordered in drive thru told would be 5min and to park and they would bring food out to us, 15 min later I go into the store to see what’s happening with the order and I’m told they can’t find my order then I’m asked to wait again while the prepare the food, no apologie or explanation. Compared with other fast food stores this is the worst services I’ve ever experienced.

Regular customer, I usually don’t complain. Tonight was awful The last two times when I’ve put in our order for half a chicken, regular roast potatoes and regular peas, I haven’t complained when on arriving home I’ve found sweet potatoes chips. But tonight , same order we actually got roast potatoes. The only edible part of the meal. Cold dry chicken no stuffing and peas out of the fridge was not what we paid for.

Absolute disappointment. Tried to call to tell store, rings out. Told to park to wait on fried chicken, forgotten, went in 20 mins later, told no order and they would make. 30 minutes later had food. They threw in free choc mousse with hole in lid as sorry. The words would have been better. Drive the extra give down the road to other shop. Before you say fill in form, I did, still no contact.

Ordered just before 8pm, told there was a 10 minute wait on chicken (no worries) – lady did the order wrong twice. Asked for 1 meal with no gravy. Finally came out 22 minutes later – with both meals with gravy. Took it back, finally got the correct meals (35 minutes later) – young boy on counter was extremely rude. When we complained we had waited 35 minutes, he said ‘tough’ and then ‘suck a dick’. Absolutely no urgency or sincere apologies about having to wait for so long. Drove down the road to realise our chips were cold. Not happy at all with this service.
